1. Try to reduce the position of the gripping tool as much as possible by shortening the length of the exposed cutting head at the bottom of the chuck.
2. The gripping tool of the machine shaft clamp is unstable, causing vibration. Reduce the rotation speed and feed rate appropriately to check whether there are foreign objects or problems with the fixing device inside the clamp.
3. Adjust the ratio of rotational speed to moving speed. (Generally adjusted to around 10:1) When using on national machinery, reduce the rotation speed appropriately.
4. When the machining axis is tilted and the tool rotation trajectory is arc-shaped (with shaking marks), use DIAL GUAGE to check the perpendicularity of the tool rotation. If the tilt is too large, replace or adjust the chuck to make it vertical.
5. At the beginning of processing, the slowest speed (movement speed) should be started and gradually increased until the final movement speed is not too fast.
