1. Acrylic cutting and processing, it is recommended to use a single blade spiral milling cutter carving knife, which is characterized by smoke-free and odorless processing, fast speed, high efficiency, non stick chips, and truly environmentally friendly. Its special manufacturing process ensures that the processing of acrylic does not explode, with extremely fine (or even no) cutting lines and a smooth and flat surface. To achieve a frosted effect on the machined surface, it is recommended to use a double-edged three blade spiral milling cutter.

2. For cutting and processing high-density boards, it is recommended to use a double-edged large chip discharge spiral milling cutter. It has two high-capacity chip discharge grooves and a double-edged design, which not only has good chip discharge function but also achieves good tool balance. When processing high-density boards, it does not turn black, does not smoke, and has a long service life.
