1. Try to reduce the position of the grabbing blade as much as possible, that is, try to shorten the length of the blade exposed at the bottom of the chuck.
2. The grip of the spindle chuck is unstable, causing vibration. Reduce the rotation speed and feed rate appropriately to check if there are any foreign objects inside the chuck or if there are any problems with the fixing device.
3. Adjust the ratio of rotational speed to movement speed. (Generally adjusted around 10:1) When using on national machines, reduce the rotation speed appropriately.
4. When the machining axis is tilted and the tool rotation trajectory is curved (with chattering), use DIAL GUAGE to check the verticality of the tool rotation. If the tilt is too large, replace or adjust the chuck to make it vertical.
5. At the beginning of processing, the slowest speed (movement speed) should be started and gradually increased, and the final movement speed should not be too fast.
